Alissa “Ali” Son is an Associate who joined AMPS Law in 2026. Ali graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk University in 2020 and earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2025.
While at Northeastern, she completed four internships. She served as a judicial intern for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, interned with the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in Oahu, Hawaii, and worked as a law clerk at two litigation firms in Boston. Additionally, Ali was a Lawyering Fellow, Research Assistant, and Student Attorney for the Community Business Clinic, where she advised small businesses.
After law school, Ali worked as an Investigator for the Massachusetts Securities Division, where she supported enforcement actions involving alleged violations of Massachusetts securities laws.
Before law school, Ali spent a year teaching English in South Korea. In her free time, she enjoys returning to South Korea to visit.
