Kayla is an associate in the firm and concentrates her practice on representing landlords for residential and commercial matters alike. Kayla joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2020.
While attending Suffolk University Law School in the evenings, Kayla worked full time in-house for a large corporation drafting and negotiating real estate contracts as well as assisting with complex purchase and sale transactions.
Since joining the firm in 2020, Kayla has been highly effective at navigating the nuances of the Massachusetts Housing Courts and the numerous changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic. She has garnered successful results for her clients through assertively mediating and litigating her cases.
Kayla works with landlords through all phases of the landlord tenant relationship, from reviewing lease agreements to enforcing those agreements by pursuing a summary process eviction action in all of the Massachusetts Housing Courts.
