Massachusetts SJC Strikes Rent Control Ballot Question!

Excellent news from the Massachusetts SJC this morning striking the rent control ballot question on the grounds that it is unconstitutional! While it is a big win for this year, rent control proponents are likely to present a new initiative next year as the broader policy debate over rent control in Massachusetts is far from over.
